Service Guarantee:  If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your hair service, please notify us within one week of your original service and we will recut or correct your style.

Payment Policies: For your convenience, we accept checks, Debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, and Discover for purchases. Any checks returned will result in a $20.00 surcharge.

Gratuities:  Gratuities are not included in the price of your service and at your discretion, they are greatly appreciated.  We apologize for the inconvenience; however gratuity cannot be applied to credit cards.

Gift Certificates: Gift Certificates are available in any denomination.  They are redeemable one year after issue date. Not redeemable for cash.

Children:  For the safety and comfort of everyone, we ask that you do not bring children into the salon or spa unless they are receiving a service.

Cancellations:  We understand that unforeseeable events may result in missed appointments; however, we appreciate twenty-four hour notice for any cancellations.
